George Tunis is a Metro Detroit, Michigan native who spent his undergraduate years at Emerson College in Boston. While at Emerson, Eric, Dan and George formed their production company, A2A Productions LLC. Shortly thereafter, he and the others produced two short films and a full production-grade feature that is currently in the last stages of post production entitled "Gray Area". Over the last 3 years, George has spent time as one of the Directors of Photography on the show Garden Girl TV and the documentary Do It Again: Re-Uniting the Kinks for FilmShack Productions in Boston, MA. He also spent time in the development department at the Weinstein Company in Los Angeles, and as a writer's assistant on the development of The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test to be directed by Gus Van Sant. The Blackstone project is the most intricate and challenging film he's tackled thus far, however he looks forward to the challenge and mostly looks forward to all the quality people he gets to work with along the way.
